ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully prior to completing checkout.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Georgia, United States.
An automatic order confirmation email will be sent shortly after your purchase is completed. If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Due to high demand, inventory availability is not guaranteed. In the event an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a refund will be issued for the amount paid. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued by check to the billing address on file. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement, or up to 10 business days for mailed checks to arrive.
All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at our discretion.
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included.
Shipping delays may occur during special releases, major holidays, or promotional periods.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled.
